Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been shipped. Upon receiving this confirmation email, a shipping label will be created for your package, and the package will be picked up by the carrier within 24-48 hours on business days. A tracking number will be available for your shipment; if you require the tracking number, please contact us, and we will provide it to you. Once an order has left our facility and has been shipped to the address listed on the invoice that was approved, Snyder Custom Threads is no longer responsible for the package. We rely on third-party carriers for delivery, and as such, any delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages are outside of our control. While we are not liable for issues that occur after shipment, we are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability. If a problem arises, we will gladly help you communicate with the carrier and provide any necessary documentation to support a claim. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct on the invoice at the time of purchase to avoid any complications. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this delivery policy. Our aim is to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your products.
